National key project of research and development plan"Deep sea key technology and equipment",the key project the whole deep sea high energy density and high safety zinc silver battery project officially started in Henan Kelong Group on August 18,2016, 

Cooperation parts such as China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation,Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology,Twenty-second Research Institute of China Electronic Science and Technology Group and Harbin University of Science and Technology, Xinxiang Government, Xinxiang Science and Technology Bureau and other leaders participated in the project debut and the first working meeting.

The key project"Deep sea key technology and equipment" is the key scientific and technological project of the 13th Five-Year Plan,which made by National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of Education ,Chinese Academy of Sciences and other ten ministries.The project focus on marine high-tech and industrial needs,they try to make a breakthrough for the whole see depth underwater vehicle and forms 1000 ~ 7000 meters underwater vehicle application capacity, they are supply equipment for learn more about the sea.

“The whole deep sea high energy density and high safety zinc silver battery  research" is support project of those dynamic energy projects.It was passed in middle of July and took by Kelkong Group branch company Henan Xintai company, 

, after the publicity in mid-July approved by the Cologne Group, Henan Xin Taihang Power Co., Ltd. subsidiary, the central government allocated 10 million funds, the project implementation cycle is 4.5 years.

As the only power protection of the submersible, high energy density and high safety Zinc battery system in the deep sea 115Mpa pressure how to protect the safe operation of the submersible is very important to the project. The project will complete the battery production and quality system based on the design of the whole sea deep manned submersible, complete the development of the oil-filled and pressure-resistant main power supply system and auxiliary power supply system ,also the relevant safety assessment and test, to provide suitable and high energy density , high safety products for manned submersible.

Since 2012 Kelong Xintai participated in the completion of the "dragon" No. 7000 meters manned submersible’s research and development task,Kelong Xintaighang company had provided 7 composition set of power protection for the "dragon",they have the same series of battery development experience and foundation.
