 三、Tender fee and bid bond

   1、Purchase tender fee：500 RMB (non-refundable bidding fee)

   2、Bid deposit: 50,000 RMB for aluminum and 50,000 RMB for copper. (For the unsuccessful bidder, the deposit will be returned within one week, and the winning bidder will return the bid deposit after signing the annual contract and paying the performance bond)

五、Signing of the tender notice and contract:

The bidder receives the bid-winning notice, and then signs a contract with the tenderer in accordance with the time specified in the bid-winning notice.

六、Anti-corruption clause

   1、The personnel of the tendering party shall not seek improper benefits during the bidding process, and the tendering party shall have the right to report。

   2、If there is evidence to prove or believe that the bidder and its staff seek benefits from the bid inviting party through bribery and other acts, the bid inviting party has the right to demand compensation from the bidder for 10,000 to 20,000 yuan.   

3、If the personnel of the bid inviting party receives a bribe of more than 200 yuan from the bidder, the bid inviting party has the right to cancel its bid (winning bid) qualification. (For anti-corruption reports, 0373-5068988)

七、Other Conventions

   1、The bidder shall pay the required bid bond to the tenderer before bidding. Those who do not pay the bid bond are not eligible to participate in the bidding.。

   2、The bid-winning party shall sign a contract with the bid inviting party within the time specified in the bid-winning notice: otherwise, it shall be treated as abandonment of the bid and all the deposit shall be confiscated.

   3、Those who counterfeit the name, trademark or brand of another person’s unit are not allowed to bid, and will be treated as an invalidated standard after discovery, and the cooperation will be permanently terminated.
